Zosi Pricing, Payments, Credits, Refunds, and Promo Code Policy
1.0 Pricing
The prices of courses on Zosi / Alchemy Systems are determined based on the terms. In some instances, the price of a course offered on the Zosi website may not be exactly the same as the price offered around implementing sales and promotions.
We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.
If you are logged into your account, the listed currency you see is based on your location when you created your account. If you are not logged into your account, the price currency is based on the country where you are located. We do not enable users to see pricing in other currencies.
If you are a customer located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.
1.1 Payments
You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. Zosi / Alchemy Systems works with third-party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails we reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.
1.2 Refunds and Refund Credits
If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request that Zosi / Alchemy Systems apply a refund to your account. Refund requests must be made within 2 business days of the original purchase and having completed no more than 10% of the total course material. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course (website or mobile), and other factors. No refund is due to you after the 2 business day window or having completed more than 10% of the course. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond the stipulations defined above.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, suspend your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we suspend your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Onsite Classroom | Virtual Instructor Led Training | Coaching Courses:
A full refund is available within 2 business days of the initial order date. Any cancellation or refund requests that occur after this timeframe will be processed less a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations or refunds are not available within two weeks of the course date. Transferring a course registration to future course dates or to another user may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please note all products sold that are considered ‘Templates’ or ‘Downloadable Resources’ where you can order and immediately download specific documents are not eligible for cancellation or a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Communication resources (posters, huddle guides, etc) with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next course purchase on our website.The credits can’t be used for purchases in our mobile applications. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period, and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Zosi / Alchemy Systems or our partners may offer promotional codes to customers. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your Zosi / Alchemy Systems account, which then may be used to purchase eligible courses on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific courses.
These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value linked to them, may expire if not used within the period specified in your Zosi / Alchemy Systems account. Promotional codes offered by Zosi / Alchemy Systems may not be refunded for cash unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your codes or as required by applicable law. Promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies.

We reserve the right to apply for your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course (website or mobile), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 48 hour guarantee time limit has passed. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 48-hour limit. Zosi / Alchemy Systems also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 48 hour limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

Cancellations or refunds are not available within two weeks of the course date. However, you may transfer your course registration to future course dates or send another person in your place with advance notification.
Please note all products sold that are considered ‘Templates’ where you can order and immediately download specific documents are not subject to a refund. Buyers may not cancel ANY template products sold even within 48 hours. Template products purchased cannot be refunded.
